What unique skills do you bring to the i-Motor team?
James joined i-Motor in 2024 as General Manager, bringing with him over 15 years experience within the Automotive industry.
James has worked extensively within automotive dealerships, partnered with OEMs and Dealers across a range of commercial disciplines, including customer experience, digital performance, marketing, sales and team performance.
What are your interests outside of work life?
James loves spending time with his wife and 2 young children along with a very loved groodle, catching up with friends, travel, food & wine and every now and then chasing a golf ball

How long have you been part of the i-Motor team?
I have worked as part of the team since 2010 and during this time, I have seen i-Motor continue to grow as a leader in the Automotive industry, while also becoming much more than just a website provider.
Why do you love working for i-Motor?
Because working with such a diverse, creative and customer focused team is very rewarding and I enjoy being part of an environment that is always changing, innovating and improving.

How long have you been part of the i-Motor team?
I have over 20 years of experience developing web applications, including more than half that time working with i-Motor. I’m very proud of the team we have assembled and the great work they do every day.
What are your interests outside of work life?
Away from the office I enjoy offshore sailing and hockey.
Geoff Schwartz

What does excellent customer service mean to you?
My definition of excellent customer service is to help users find what they want fast. Much of my 7+ years at i-Motor has been spent making complex internet things simple and easy to use, for our team, our dealers and their customers.
What is your favourite car and why?
My fondest memory of a car was the VW Kombi that drove me and two friends around Mexico one summer. It was neither safe or reliable, but we had no problems finding parts.
