What makes you a special team member at i-Motor?

Tony, the co-founder of i-Motor Pty Ltd since 2008, now dons the hat of Executive Chairman since November 2022. With a career spanning three decades in the automotive wonderland, he likes guiding businesses and individuals through their careers with wisdom and enthusiasum.

What does life outside i-Motor look like?

When he's not working Tony joins forces with friends for epic rides, capturing the essence of life through his camera lens. His love for adventure doesn't stop there; he's got a passport full of stamps and travel tales.

Nowadays, you'll find him in boardrooms and dealer meetings, discussing the evolving auto landscape, including the buzz around EVs. Armed with a Postgraduate degree in business marketing from Monash University and a knack for keeping the wheels turning – both figuratively and literally – Tony loves all things automotive and career-related.

What unique skills do you bring to the i-Motor team?

Rob joined i-Motor in 2022 as Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him over 12 years senior executive experience within the Automotive industry.

Rob has worked extensively with OEMs and Dealers across a range of commercial disciplines, including customer experience, digital performance, marketing, sales and dealer network management.

What are your interests outside of work life?

Along with his wife and 3 young boys, Rob’s passions are the Carlton Football Club and his recently resurrected cricket career.

How long have you been part of the i-Motor team?

I have worked as part of the team since 2010 and during this time, I have seen i-Motor continue to grow as a leader in the Automotive industry, while also becoming much more than just a website provider.

Why do you love working for i-Motor?

Because working with such a diverse, creative and customer focused team is very rewarding and I enjoy being part of an environment that is always changing, innovating and improving.

What unique skills do you bring to the i-Motor team?

Justin has worked for leading OEMs in Australia and the UK in areas such as product management, sales planning, ordering, supply chain management, pre-owned vehicles, corporate and fleet sales, customer experience, project management and regional operations. In addition, Justin has marketing experience at two of Australia’s largest Universities. He has worked closely with dealers and has a good understanding of the issues facing the automotive industry.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with friends and family, traveling (especially throughout Europe) and getting out for a ride on my Harley Davidson.

What are some interesting facts about Justin?

He has been to Japan more than 25 times and one of his ancestors was chief winemaker to the King of Portugal in the early 17^th century.
